Privacy Policy

GemRender ("we", "us") is an AI jewelry image generator at gemrender.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what control you have. Last updated: September 7, 2026.

What we collect

1. Google account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use them to create your account and to contact you about your renders. We never see your Google password.
2. What you create. The descriptions you type, the options you choose, any reference image you upload, and the images we generate for you are stored so you can find them again in your account.
3. Feedback and requests. If you request more renders, join the launch list, or send a support message, we keep what you wrote so we can reply.
4. Usage data. Pages visited, features used, browser type, and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics. We do not send prompts, images, or your email to analytics.
5. Technical logs. IP address and request details, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment details. GemRender has no paid plans yet.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign you in, generate images, store your designs, and show your remaining renders.
• To improve it: read feedback, understand which features are used, and fix problems.
• To contact you: transactional email about your account, your requests, or support replies. We do not send marketing email unless you asked to be notified about launches.
• To keep it safe: detect abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet legal obligations.

AI processing

Your description, options, and any reference image are sent to Google Gemini image models to produce your render. That request goes through an API provider (currently apimart.ai). Prompts and outputs are stored in our logs so we can moderate misuse and improve quality. We do not use your images to train models.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that run GemRender: Google (sign-in, analytics, image models), apimart.ai (model API), Neon (database), Cloudflare (image storage and delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Each processes data only to provide its service. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting sign-in.

Retention

Your account, designs, and generated images stay until you delete them or your account. Logs are kept for up to 90 days. Launch list entries stay until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can view and delete your designs inside your account at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, or to request a copy of your data, email us at the address below. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

GemRender is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users.
