Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GemRender at gemrender.com. By creating an account or generating an image you agree to them. Last updated: September 7, 2026.

The service

GemRender generates jewelry images from your descriptions and chosen options using AI models. Renders are generated with Google Gemini image models. Every image produced by GemRender is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that a render matches any real product, gemstone, or manufacturing outcome.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Free renders and credits

New accounts receive a small number of free renders. Additional renders may be granted at our discretion or offered through paid plans in the future. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted if a generation fails.

Your content and your rights

You keep all rights to the descriptions and reference images you upload. You must have the right to upload them.

For images GemRender generates for you, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute them for any purpose, including commercial use such as product pages, advertising, and catalogs. You do not need to credit GemRender. We do not claim ownership of your renders, but similar renders may be produced for other users from similar inputs.

Acceptable use

GemRender is for jewelry imagery. You may not use it to create or attempt to create:

1. Sexual or pornographic content, including any sexualized depiction of a person.
2. Violent or graphic content, including gore or the promotion of violence.
3. Hateful content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics.
4. Content involving minors in any sexual, harmful, or exploitative context. We report such attempts to the relevant authorities.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation, including the likeness of a real, identifiable person without their consent, or content designed to deceive.
6. Infringing content, including trademarked logos, brand-protected designs, or copyrighted works you do not have the right to reproduce.

You also may not scrape the service, resell access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of any law.

Enforcement

We screen prompts and outputs automatically and review reports. Violations may result in blocked generations, removal of content, forfeiture of credits, and suspension or termination of your account without refund. Serious cases may be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting

If you see content generated with GemRender that violates these terms, or you believe a render infringes your rights, use the feedback button in the app or email support@gemrender.com. Include a link or description of the content. We review reports and act on valid ones.

Availability and changes

GemRender is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that generated images will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemRender is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of generated images. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing.

Termination

You can stop using GemRender at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
