Pricing questions
Each billing period comes with its own render budget. Unused renders expire when the period ends and a fresh budget arrives with the next one. The 3 free renders from sign-up never expire.
You pay for 10 months and get 12. The whole year of renders is unlocked on day one and stays valid until the year ends.
Yes, anytime from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and simply does not renew.
Yes. Upgrades within the same billing interval normally start immediately, with a new cycle, unused renders carried over and the difference in plan allowances added. Downgrades and monthly/yearly switches take effect next period; no new renders are granted until that payment succeeds. Changes near renewal may be deferred or temporarily unavailable. Review Waffo's confirmation page for the charge and effective date. Contact support to stop a confirmed upcoming change.
Yes, within 14 days of a charge, as long as none of the renders from that period have been used. Email support@gemrender.com with your order number. Failed renders are always credited back automatically.
Credit and debit cards, plus local payment methods where available. Payments and receipts are handled by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, which also collects any applicable tax.
